Delivery of your bag

What Happens When Your Order is Delivered?

We’ll pack and ship your order as soon as we have everything to hand. For the smallest items such as Oobi-Doobi’s, we’ll simply send them to you by post, so you’ll get them with your normal parcel post. For larger items, we ship them to you using one of our delivery partners.

Small Bags, Large Covers and Accessories

For our smaller Budda Bags (up to the 5ft Midi) and for many accessories, we’ll use DPD (Ireland, UK/Europe) and its partner companies. Orders are collected in the early afternoon from our HQ and normally take up to two working days to arrive at your door. We generate a tracking code for each package which you can use to track your order on the DPD website as it travels towards you.

Because we’ve got a great deal with DPD, we can offer Free Delivery on Budda Bags up to 4ft in many countries. See our Delivery Charges page for details.

Maxi and Mega Budda Bags

Our largest bags weigh in at 40Kg and 60Kg, requiring a two-person team to manhandle and deliver. We use DHL for these large packages as they are most cost-effective and provide an excellent and reliable door-to-door service. Again, you can track your delivery online.

Taking Delivery of your Budda Bag

To avoid delays and missed deliveries, please give us a delivery address where there will be someone to take delivery in person (this could be a neighbour or friend). Our delivery company will leave a card with contact details if they can’t complete the delivery.

A Budda Bag comes in a large, sausage-shaped clear plastic wrapping, which is designed to protect the contents during shipping. Inside the wrapping, most of the package will be the Inner Bag (a calico cotton bag filled with tiny pieces of memory foam), which is vacuum-packed. Your cover and setup instructions will be placed down the side or on top of the Inner Bag.
