Caring for your Budda Bag
Fluffing Your Budda Bag
When you sit on your Budda-Bag, the foam will depress and mould to the shape of your body. To return your Bag to its original size and to regain full fluffiness, simply:
1. Grab your bag at its bottom (not by the label!)
2. Flip it continually until it’s turned all the way through 360 degrees and the Budda-Bag logo is showing again.
Your Budda-Bag will once again have returned to its original shape and be standing proud, ready for you to jump on.
To keep your Budda-Bag in tip-top shape, you should fluff it at least once a day.
Washing Your Budda Bag Cover
Budda-Bag is made for living on, so it’s inevitable it’ll get a little dirty from time to time. But don’t despair, all Budda-Bag covers zip right off and wash in the washing machine – just like a pair of trousers!
For best washing results:
1. Zip off your cover and turn it inside out, then zip it back up again from the inside – this helps to protect the pile of your fabric and keep the shape of the Bag.
2. Then, put the cover inside a large pillow case, duvet cover or something similar; as you’re turning it inside out, this isn’t essential but will provide extra protection.
3. Place the cover inside your machine and cool wash at 30°C. Wash separately. A lot of new washing machines have 15°C & 20°C washes, which is also fine. However, you should not wash them at anything above 30°C.
4. Remove your cover and drip dry. Do not tumble.
5. Alternatively, dry clean.
6. If you’ve got a fur cover, give it a brush to restore the pile.
Could it be simpler? We think not – unless you’re a student. In which case, get your mum to do it!
